The Australian Classification Board has assigned an ‘M’ for Mature rating to Star Wars Outlaws, which is equivalent to a “T” Teen ESRB Rating.
Just days ago, Outlaws received a rating in South Korea, sparking speculation about a potential imminent release, given past ratings and release patterns seen with other Ubisoft games.
As detailed by content creator JorRaptor, here are some notable instances:
Assassin’s Creed Mirage was rated on July 17 and released on October 5, 80 days later. Star Wars Jedi Survivor was rated on January 9 and released on April 28, 109 days later (originally planned for March 17, 67 days later). The Division 2 was rated on January 8 and released on March 12, 63 days later.
As reported earlier this year, the current plan for Star Wars Outlaws is to launch the game in the first half of 2024.
Recently, NVIDIA announced that Star Wars Outlaws will debut with DLSS 3 and ray-traced effects. These features promise enhanced visual depth and realism through frame generation and lighting simulation.
