WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker recently shared his admiration for two prominent WWE stars, Rhea Ripley and Bayley, applauding their contributions to the wrestling industry.
At WrestleMania XL, Bayley clinched the WWE Women’s Championship in a monumental victory against IYO SKY, while Ripley successfully defended her Women’s World Championship against Becky Lynch.
However, Ripley’s recent injury has forced her to relinquish her title, leading to a new champion being crowned on RAW.
During a recent episode of the Six Feet Under podcast, The Undertaker expressed his pride in Bayley’s journey, commending her resilience and determination:
“I’m so proud of her [Bayley] because she kind of got stuck in a slot for a while… I was really happy for Bayley to get her flowers there and show there’s a lot of gas left in the tank there,” he remarked.
The Deadman also lauded Ripley’s character development in WWE, foreseeing even greater success for her in the future:
“She’s [Rhea Ripley] really coming into her own! She’s obviously had a nice year, but I think she’s only scratched the surface of how good she’s going to be,” he added.
In a separate discussion on Wrestling’s Legion of RAW, Vince Russo weighed in on Ripley’s injury, advocating for her continued presence on RAW despite her inability to compete:
“Rhea Ripley is a huge star. Why can’t they write for her without having her wrestle? I don’t understand this… Why isn’t she on the show now? She’s got her arm in a sling; she can’t get on an airplane?” Russo questioned.
As fans await Ripley’s potential return to RAW, her impact on wrestling remains undeniable, leaving many eager to see how WWE continues to utilize her presence in the future.
