WWE’s Cora Jade recently took to social media, sharing a striking photo that left fans amazed and accompanied by a fierce message ahead of Elimination Chamber.
After a hiatus of nearly four months, Jade made a dramatic comeback to the developmental brand, making waves by targeting NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria.
However, during a live event clash on January 12th, Jade sustained a torn ACL, putting her on the sidelines for an additional nine months.
In her recent social media post, the NXT sensation unveiled a series of new photos, alongside a bold declaration: “May God have mercy on my enemies because I won’t.”
Meanwhile, WWE icon Booker T didn’t hold back his thoughts on the emerging NXT talent, sharing his insights on his Hall of Fame podcast. Booker highlighted Jade’s distinctiveness among her peers in NXT, likening her spirit to that of former WWE star AJ Lee.
“Seeing Cora, you can tell she’s destined for stardom. She’s got that ‘it’ factor. Even when she transitions to the main roster, Cora’s going to shine. There’s just something about her that sets her apart from the rest. She’s reminiscent of AJ Lee, that fiery, unapologetic presence. Cora’s the type who says, ‘This is me, take it or leave it,'” Booker remarked.
Expressing his eagerness to mentor Jade, Booker emphasized her strengths while acknowledging room for growth. “Cora’s always been one of my favorites.
Everyone has areas to refine, and I can’t wait to guide her, maybe have a film study session someday. She excels in many aspects, but there’s always room for improvement,” he added.
