At just 26 years old, a WWE Superstar recently shed light on the invaluable guidance she received from Liv Morgan upon her debut on the main roster.
Maxxine Dupri opened up about the support she received from the former women’s champion.
Maxxine Dupri made her entrance onto the main roster as the sister of Max Dupri, now known as LA Knight, and as the director of talent for the Maximum Male Models stable on Friday Night SmackDown.
With youth on her side and limited experience in the industry, she approached her new role with a keenness to learn and grow.
In a candid conversation with Chris Van Vliet on the Insight podcast, Maxxine Dupri recalled her WWE SmackDown debut, where Knight was absent, and she sought advice from Natalya, who was also off TV at the time.
However, it was Liv Morgan who warmly embraced her when she entered the women’s locker room, offering guidance and support.
“Gratefully, I walked in and Liv was like the first person I saw in the locker room. And she took me under her wing, showed me catering, brought me into the makeup room, just really helped me so much because I was shaking in my boots,” she recounted. [13:49 – 14:03]
Following her recent match on Monday Night RAW against Becky Lynch, where despite her best efforts, Morgan didn’t secure the victory, the former SmackDown Women’s Champion took to social media to share some post-show moments.
