WWE SmackDown’s Jade Cargill shares her aspirations to dominate the women’s division and eyes potential matchups with Nia Jax and Rhea Ripley.
Following Rhea Ripley’s injury and subsequent relinquishment of the Women’s World Championship, the women’s division is undergoing significant changes, with a battle royal scheduled to determine the new champion on RAW next week.
In an interview on The Babyfaces Podcast, Cargill expressed her eagerness for potential matchups with Nia Jax and Ripley upon her return from injury. Confident in her abilities, Cargill emphasized her track record of dominance and expressed her readiness to maintain a winning streak.
“I have some unfinished business with Nia Jax. That would be great. I think that would be an amazing match. Rhea Ripley, obviously she’s injured right now, but I know she is going to comeback and hopefully I’m holding that belt when she comes back. One thing I know is how to hold a streak down and how to go out there, dominate, and kick bu*t. That would be a great match as well,” she said.
Cargill also hinted at a potential future match against her current partner Bianca Belair, acknowledging the anticipation from fans for such a showdown.
“Eventually, if things don’t work out, I think we’re doing phenomenal right now, but Bianca [Belair]. That’s something people have always wanted to see. Us working alongside each other right now in the same right, out there with Naomi, we were all part of different promotions as of last year. It’s a phenomenal thing to see.”
Ahead of her first live event appearance with WWE, Cargill expressed her excitement on Instagram, inviting fans to witness her debut at the Erie Insurance Arena in Erie, Pennsylvania.
“Excited to have my FIRST @WWE Live Event appearance!!! This Saturday in Erie, PA. at the Erie Insurance Arena! See you there 🥰⚡️💪🏾”
With her impressive performances and rising momentum, Jade Cargill aims to establish herself as a dominant force in the WWE women’s division.
