The anticipation for the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards is mounting as the star-studded presenter lineup has been revealed. This prestigious event is a vibrant celebration of excellence in broadcast, cable, and streaming TV content, as well as domestic films and theatrical productions. Productions released between April 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024, are eligible for consideration this year.
A glittering array of last year’s Grand Prize winners and rising stars are set to grace the stage as presenters. The esteemed duo Park Eun Bin and director Park Chan Wook, along with Lee Sung Min and Song Hye Kyo, Ryu Jun Yeol and Tang Wei, Jo Woo Jin and Lim Ji Yeon, Byun Yo Han and Park Se Wan, as well as Kim Jong Kook and Lee Eun Ji, will pair up to present awards, adding their own flair to the evening.
Notably, in place of Jinyoung, who is currently serving in the military, his BH Entertainment labelmate Jang Dong Yoon will be stepping in to present the Best New Actor award. Additionally, past winners Moon Sang Min, Roh Yoon Seo, and Kim Si Eun will return to the stage to pass on the baton to this year’s deserving recipients.
It’s a Star-ry Night: Popular Stars from both Nominated Dramas to New ones, All under one Roof
Joining the lineup are stars from recent and upcoming films and dramas, including Kim Moo Yeol and Park Ji Hwan from “The Roundup: Punishment,” Jang Ki Yong and Chun Woo Hee from “The Atypical Family,” Lee Junho from “Cashero,” and Shin Ha Kyun and Lee Min Jung, reuniting after their collaboration in the 2013 drama “All About My Romance,” presenting together for “The Auditors.”
The excitement doesn’t end there, as more luminaries such as Ha Ji Seong, Gil Hae Yeon, and comedians Kim Min Su, Jung Jae Hyun, and Lee Yong Joo from Psick University’s “Psick Show” will also take to the stage as presenters.
Hosted by the charismatic trio of Park Bo Gum, Suzy, and Shin Dong Yup, the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards promises to be an unforgettable evening, broadcasting live from COEX Hall D on May 7 at 5 p.m. KST across JTBC, JTBC2, and JTBC4.
