Teil Rhodes, the sister of Cody Rhodes, has a message for The Rock ahead of tonight’s SmackDown. The veteran is set to make an appearance on the blue brand at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona.
The American Nightmare threw down the gauntlet during an appearance on The Grayson Waller Effect at Elimination Chamber 2024, challenging The Rock to a showdown.
Despite pressure from Paul Heyman and his cronies on RAW, who attempted to dissuade him from the match, Rhodes stood firm, opting instead to take on Heyman’s associates in a brawl.

In anticipation of tonight’s SmackDown, The Brahma Bull took to social media, unleashing a lengthy video in which he accused Rhodes of betrayal and even took a jab at Rhodes’ cherished dog, Pharaoh.
Teil Rhodes responded to The Rock’s post with a pointed message, saying, “Going after a DOG is almost as low as all the bots 😬.”
The Rock clarified his grievances with Cody Rhodes in his video, asserting that his issue wasn’t with Rhodes changing his mind but rather with how it was done.
He recounted a backstage encounter at the WrestleMania 40 Kickoff press conference in Las Vegas, claiming Rhodes never mentioned his desire to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania during their interaction.
The Rock expressed disappointment that Rhodes didn’t opt for a private conversation to address the matter:
“I saw you in Las Vegas. I saw you backstage, 20 feet away. Rock dapped you up, gave you a hug. Did you say anything to The Rock then? ‘Hey Rock, I got something on my mind’. ‘Yeah tell me about it’. ‘Hey Rock! I got something that’s eating me up inside’. ‘Cody go ahead, tell me about it. Let’s walk over there. Let’s talk in private. Come and tell me about it.’ Did you say any of that? No! You didn’t say a thing!”
