Cody Rhodes made an unexpected entrance following the conclusion of WWE RAW, providing assistance to Seth Rollins and delivering a chair shot to Drew McIntyre.
In the night’s main event, McIntyre squared off against Jey Uso, with Solo Sikoa attempting to intervene.
Rhodes swiftly rushed to ringside, engaging in a skirmish with Jey Uso while Jimmy Uso created a distraction, ultimately enabling McIntyre to secure victory with a decisive Claymore on Jey.
Post-match, tensions escalated as Jimmy Uso menacingly wielded a chair towards his brother, only to be thwarted by Rollins. However, Rollins fell prey to a Claymore from McIntyre before the cameras ceased rolling.
Fan footage captured Rhodes emerging after the show’s conclusion, delivering a chair shot to McIntyre as he made his exit.
Subsequently, Rhodes joined Rollins and Jey in the ring, expressing gratitude to the audience and distributing giveaways. The off-air segment concluded with Rollins provocatively addressing The Rock.
In response to Rhodes’s challenge to The Rock on The Grayson Waller Effect, The Brahma Bull proposed a tag team match on SmackDown, pitting himself and Reigns against Rhodes and Rollins at WrestleMania XL.
Should Rhodes and his partner emerge victorious, The Bloodline would be barred from ringside during their subsequent title match. Conversely, should they fall short, the title bout would adhere to Bloodline rules.
While The Rock demanded Rhodes’s response on the forthcoming SmackDown, Rhodes confirmed that he and Rollins would confront The Bloodline to deliver their answer.
The WrestleMania XL trailer hinted at the colossal tag team confrontation slated for Night One, setting the stage for an electrifying showdown.
