Paul Walter Hauser, a rising star in Hollywood, has just secured a role in Marvel Studios’ upcoming movie, “The Fantastic Four.” While details about his character are not disclosed yet, the film’s ensemble cast already includes big names like Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm. Julia Garner has also joined the film as Shalla-Bal, a variation of the Silver Surfer character.
Directed by Matt Shakman and written by a team including Eric Pearson, Josh Friedman, Jeff Kaplan, and Ian Springer, the movie is set to start shooting this summer and will premiere on July 25, 2025.
Busy Schedule for Hauser with Multiple Projects
Hauser’s career is bustling with several exciting projects. He’s set to appear in the “Naked Gun” reboot as Captain Ed, a film slated for release just a week before “The Fantastic Four,” on July 18, 2025. Furthermore, he’s been cast to portray Chris Farley in a highly anticipated biopic directed by Josh Gad. This project recently went to New Line after a competitive bidding process, with notable producers like Lorne Michaels and Erin David involved.

He’s part of Tony Tost’s “Americana,” featuring alongside Sydney Sweeney, which premiered at SXSW last year and was picked up by Lionsgate. He’s also starring in Doug Liman’s Apple Original, “The Instigators,” opposite Matt Damon.
