Chirs Pratt Possible Return in Avengers 5
As for the future of the Avengers saga, the next installment, Avengers 5, is slated for release on May 1, 2026. While details regarding the director and cast remain undisclosed, the film’s original concept, “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty,” has reportedly undergone revisions due to the legal issues involving former Kang the Conqueror actor Jonathan Majors.
Following Avengers 5, fans eagerly anticipated Avengers: Secret Wars, scheduled for May 7, 2027. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige reflects on the enduring legacy of the MCU, expressing excitement for the upcoming phases and the storytelling potential unlocked by the multiverse. With Phase 5 and 6 paving the way for Secret Wars, Feige hints at an entirely new dimension for the MCU narrative.
In the area of the Guardians of the Galaxy, speculation arises regarding the possibility of a fourth installment. While “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” concluded its narrative arc last year, fans wonder if a continuation is on the horizon.
Director James Gunn, though busy with his role at DC Studios, has not ruled out the return of the “Legendary Star-Lord,” leaving room for future adventures.
“I never dismissed the idea of a ‘Vol. 4,'” Gunn clarifies in a 2020 Q&A session. “My intention was always a trilogy, contingent on the success of the first film. As for now, I have no immediate plans for a fourth installment.”
