Despite a mixed bag at WrestleMania, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest assures fans that all is well within The Judgment Day stable.
This year’s WrestleMania saw both victories and setbacks for The Judgment Day.
While “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio and Santos Escobar faced defeat in their tag team match, Priest and Finn Balor also fell short in their bid for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Title.
However, Rhea Ripley salvaged glory with a successful title defense against Becky Lynch.
The stable’s fortunes took a turn for the better when Priest capitalized on his Money in the Bank contract, dethroning Drew McIntyre to claim the World Heavyweight Title.
In an exclusive chat with Wrestling’s Senior Editor Bill Apter, Priest delved into recent challenges faced by The Judgment Day, attributing them to communication lapses. However, he emphasized that the group had resolved any issues and were now unified.
“It actually comes from a lack of communication. Look, families fight all the time. Doesn’t change who they are, doesn’t change how they feel about each other and that’s where we’re at. We all love each other, we’re good. There’s no issues that’s gonna last forever. It’s just a matter of us fixing our communication so we all get on the same page,”
Priest affirmed.
Despite the hurdles, The Judgment Day remains a dominant force on RAW, with Priest and Ripley reigning supreme with top titles.
As the aftermath of WrestleMania unfolds, all eyes are on the stable’s other members, anticipating their potential to seize more gold in the coming weeks.
