WWE fans recently got an inside look into the dynamic between Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair, two powerhouse Superstars with a storied history in the ring.
Once inseparable allies as part of The Four Horsewomen, Lynch and Flair’s friendship hit a rough patch in October 2021 due to a backstage altercation.
Despite their falling out, they reunited alongside Bianca Belair and Shotzi at the 2023 WWE Survivor Series, signaling a potential thaw in their relationship.
In an interview with Ash Crossan of ET, Lynch shared insights into their evolving bond, expressing hope for reconciliation:
“I don’t know that it’ll ever go back to where it was. It will be something different, you know? We’re good. We’re good now, and I think that’s the trials and tribulations of life, you know? You fall out with people, and hopefully, you can get to a point where you can own your mistakes and you can move on from that.”
Reflecting on their shared journey, Lynch emphasized the enduring affection between them, saying,
“I think, with her (Charlotte Flair), there was just always so much love… we came up together. There’s just love, even when we were on the outs. I think, sometimes, they end up being some of the best relationships because you go through the mud with them and you come out the other side, and you have a lot more understanding.”
Looking ahead, Lynch gears up for a showdown with Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 40 after securing her spot by triumphing at Elimination Chamber: Perth.
The anticipation builds as Lynch and Ripley exchange verbal and physical blows on Monday Night RAW, setting the stage for a showdown at the grandest stage of them all.
As WWE fans weigh in on the clash between Lynch and Ripley, discussions surrounding Lynch’s candid reflections on her bond with Flair continue to spark intrigue within the wrestling community.
