Xbox has recently unveiled plans for an upcoming showcase slated for June later this year, promising an exciting array of games to be featured, including highly anticipated titles such as Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II and Avowed, among others.
The announcement was made public through the official Xbox podcast, where Matt Booty, President of Gaming Content and Studios, shared insights into Xbox’s ambitious lineup for the year. Booty highlighted the anticipation surrounding “more than ten major releases” slated for the near future, with further details set to be unveiled during the forthcoming June showcase.
During the podcast, Booty emphasized Xbox’s significant growth, positioning it as “one of the biggest development organizations in the industry.” This expansion is reflected in the diverse projects underway at Xbox Game Studios, ranging from Hellblade II and the forthcoming Diablo 4 expansion to ARA: History Untold, Avowed and the eagerly awaited Indiana Jones game.
The showcase reveal was just one of several noteworthy announcements featured in the podcast. Xbox head Phil Spencer kicked things off by disclosing plans to bring four undisclosed Xbox exclusives to platforms such as PlayStation and Nintendo Switch.
