WWE Superstar The Rock made a triumphant comeback at WrestleMania 40 with the help of NXT’s Gallus faction, as revealed by Joe Coffey, a member of the group, who shared a snapshot from their training sessions.
Teaming up with Roman Reigns, The Rock faced off against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins on Night One of WrestleMania XL.
The showdown elevated Cody’s championship match with Reigns to a ‘Bloodline Rules’ bout, where various stars like Jey Uso, John Cena, and The Undertaker made memorable appearances.
Before WrestleMania, The Rock enlisted the help of Wolfgang and The Coffey brothers from Gallus, as disclosed by former WWE writer Brian Gerwitz.
Joe Coffey recently shared a photo with the Gallus crew and The Rock, reminiscing about their training days in Los Angeles.
“GALLUS X FINAL BOSS. @TheRock,” he captioned the post.
In another WWE update, SmackDown announcer Corey Graves expressed awe at The Rock’s presence backstage, calling him a “real-life superhero” during an interview on The Gunz Show podcast.
