The Rock has taken to social media to weigh in on WWE’s recent announcement regarding his upcoming appearance ahead of WrestleMania XL.
Set to grace The Grandest Stage of Them All this Saturday night, The Final Boss will step into the ring for his first match since 2016, teaming up with cousin Roman Reigns in a tag team showdown against Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes.
Despite his portrayal as a heel on TV, fans have been thoroughly entertained by his current persona.
I look forward to it.

In response to WWE’s announcement on X, The Great One expressed his anticipation for the event in a tweet:
“I look forward to it. Thursday 4pm. – Final Boss #EnjoyTheRide,”
he wrote.
While The Rock initially returned to WWE with plans to face Reigns at WrestleMania, a shift occurred after vocal support for Cody Rhodes from the WWE Universe prompted reconsideration.
Discussing this potential twist, Vince Russo shared his insights on Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Legion of RAW podcast.
He suggested that The Great One might orchestrate a scenario where The American Nightmare falls to Reigns, aligning with the wishes of the “Cody Crybabies.”
“Rock comes in, CEO of the company, millions of shares, and basically says WrestleMania is going to be the Rock vs Roman, and that’s the way they set it up. But then, the Cody Crybabies. You can’t see Rock saying, ‘You know what, F it, F it. Give the match to the crybabies, give them Cody and Roman, and you know what? He loses?’ You can’t see… Bro, I am telling you, man.”
For Rhodes to face Reigns fairly on WrestleMania Night Two, he and Rollins must first overcome The Bloodline. This sets the stage for what could be a charming showdown at the event.
