SmackDown’s General Manager, Nick Aldis, has offered a cautionary note to Jade Cargill ahead of her upcoming appearance on the blue brand.
In a recent interview on the Gabby AF podcast, Aldis acknowledged Cargill’s eagerness to establish herself as a regular presence on the main roster. He expressed his satisfaction with her decision to join SmackDown, emphasizing her potential impact.
“Jade has been absolutely itching to get started on the main roster. Obviously, I’m very glad that she’s hung her hat on SmackDown with the Blue Brand. I’m not surprised, but certainly pleased that she made the right decision,”

Aldis didn’t shy away from addressing the potential challenges Cargill might face upon her arrival. He noted that some of SmackDown’s current stars might harbor feelings of resentment towards her due to the attention she’s garnered. He hinted at a potentially frosty reception awaiting her.
“I’d like to think that everyone will be professional, but I know that there are quite a few ladies on our roster who might have some choice words for Jade because they obviously feel like she’s been getting a lot of attention and they realize that sometimes the best way to welcome someone to the bigs is to kind of show them what’s in store for them if they’re going to compete in the bigs. I’m sure Jade has plenty to say,”
Aldis added optimistically.
Regarding Cargill’s impending debut, Aldis expressed confidence in her ability to make a significant impact. He noted the anticipation among the WWE Universe and emphasized that Cargill’s best moments are yet to come.
