WWE legend Trish Stratus recently shared her thoughts on Rhea Ripley’s decision to relinquish the Women’s World Championship, following an injury.
Ripley had an impressive reign, defeating Becky Lynch at WrestleMania XL before the unfortunate turn of events.
Stratus commended Ripley’s rapid rise to success and encouraged her to take some well-deserved time for herself.
In an Instagram post, Stratus congratulated Ripley on her reign and praised her for her accomplishments in the wrestling world.
She acknowledged Ripley’s demanding schedule and urged her to enjoy some personal time before returning to continue her trailblazing journey in WWE.
“Congrats on a spectacular reign @rhearipley_wwe 🙌🏼 With a meteoric rise and a schedule that matched it, turn this into some much deserved ‘me’ time which is hard to come by in our world. Take it, live a little life, then come back and continue to blaze that trail. No doubt the embers will still be burning @wwe.”
