Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell recently weighed in on the storyline involving Paul Heyman’s inability to contact Roman Reigns amidst Solo Sikoa’s assumption of leadership in The Bloodline.
In the aftermath of WrestleMania, Solo Sikoa has taken charge of The Bloodline, culminating in a brutal attack on Jimmy Uso. Last week, when Heyman attempted to reach out to Roman Reigns, Solo destroyed his phone.
This week, Heyman was informed by The Enforcer about Tama Tonga joining the faction, followed by a vicious assault on Kevin Owens.
During an episode of Smack Talk, Mantell expressed his skepticism about Heyman’s limited means of communication with Reigns. He found the whole angle perplexing, questioning why Heyman didn’t have alternative methods of reaching out to the Tribal Chief.
“Okay, wait a minute. I had a question about that last week. Is that the only way he can contact the Tribal Chief, through that phone? Now that’s about stupid. It really is. Wait a minute; he [Paul Heyman] can only call him [Roman Reigns] and, ‘Oh, I’ll destroy the phone!’ It don’t even make sense,” he remarked.
Looking ahead, the evolving dynamics between Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman will be intriguing to watch. As Solo asserts his leadership within The Bloodline, the narrative is poised for a shift upon Roman Reigns’ eventual return.
