Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch have found joy in their marriage and parenthood, but their professional collaboration in WWE hasn’t always been as fulfilling for Lynch.
Reflecting on their past team-up, Lynch expressed dissatisfaction with the storyline they were given.
Following the public revelation of their relationship, WWE incorporated Lynch and Rollins into a storyline, which led them to face Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans at WWE Extreme Rules.

Despite securing a victory in the match, Lynch wasn’t pleased with the narrative direction.
In an interview with ET, Becky Lynch candidly discussed her experience working alongside Seth Rollins. While she appreciated the match itself, she voiced disdain for the overarching storyline, particularly its emphasis on their real-life relationship.
She lamented the incessant repetition of their personal connection within the narrative, deeming it as one of the worst storylines in history.
Lynch’s frustration stemmed from her initial excitement at the prospect of two formidable champions teaming up, only to find the storyline reduced to a constant reminder of their romantic involvement, which she likened to being force-fed to the audience.
Looking ahead, Becky Lynch faces a significant challenge at WrestleMania, where she is scheduled to compete against Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s World Championship. Ripley has held the title for nearly a year, fending off all challengers thus far.
Lynch acknowledges the magnitude of the task ahead, knowing she must be at her best to dethrone Ripley and etch her name in history.
As Lynch’s book tour winds down, her focus shifts to the impending showdown, with anticipation building among fans eager to witness the clash of these two formidable competitors at The Grandest Stage of Them All.
