Alexa Bliss, currently on maternity leave, has been absent from WWE television since January 2023. Despite missing her second consecutive WrestleMania, she recently underwent a facial procedure ahead of this year’s Show of Shows.
Sharing her skincare routine on Instagram stories, the Goddess of WWE revealed her use of microneedling to extract platelet-rich plasma, which is then transformed into a platelet-rich fibrin matrix.
The process involves numbing the face with a gel before the needling and application of PRP/PRFM, resulting in temporary redness, swelling, and bruising before yielding a rejuvenated complexion.
While it’s uncertain if Bliss will be backstage at WrestleMania XL, she was present at last year’s event and made an appearance in Bray Wyatt’s documentary, honoring the legendary WWE Superstar.
Bliss’s last WWE appearance was at the 2023 Royal Rumble, where she unsuccessfully challenged Bianca Belair for the then-RAW Women’s Championship. Following this, she disclosed her battle with skin cancer due to tanning equipment usage, cautioning her followers against similar risks.
In May 2023, Bliss announced her pregnancy, welcoming a son named Hendrix Rouge six months later.
Married to musician Ryan Cabrera since April 2022, Bliss has been enjoying family life and even appeared on The Masked Singer during her WWE hiatus.

Although there’s no set timeline for her WWE return, Bliss affirmed her continued involvement in wrestling and expressed excitement over SummerSlam’s arrival in Cleveland later this year.
Born in Ohio, performing in front of her hometown crowd would fulfill a personal aspiration. Earlier reports suggested her presence backstage at the 2024 Royal Rumble in Tampa, Florida.
