Becky Lynch, freshly victorious at the Elimination Chamber: Perth Premium Live Event, is already looking forward to her WrestleMania clash against Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley.
The Man secured her spot at The Show of Shows after conquering the Chamber match, and now, she’s questioning the loyalty of some Judgment Day members as the showdown with Ripley approaches.
Speaking on WWE’s The Bump, Lynch emphasized her long-standing relationships with Finn Balor and JD McDonagh, pointing out the disparity in Ripley’s shorter connection with them.
The Man subtly insinuated that the Irish duo might lean towards supporting her in the WrestleMania encounter with The Eradicator, creating an air of suspicion:
“I don’t think that I need to worry as much as Rhea needs to worry. When you look at half of her crew, half of them I’ve known for 22 years at this stage. Finn Balor trained me. I’ve known Jordan Devlin since he was a wee little lad. He couldn’t even hit the top rope. He was only 12 years old when he started training. I remember his first day in training school. So I’ve known those two guys far longer than she has. So you gotta ask at the end of the day, are they gonna bleed purple, or are they gonna bleed green?” [27:30 – 28:15]
Rhea Ripley had a successful title defense at Elimination Chamber, defeating Nia Jax in the main event. The Eradicator showcased her resilience and skill, securing the win with a powerful Riptide.
With the stage set, fans can anticipate an intense WrestleMania clash between Becky Lynch and Rhea Ripley. The Man’s strategic questioning adds an intriguing layer to the upcoming championship showdown.
