Sony has introduced the latest additions to its PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium game catalogs for February, showcasing a diverse array of titles for players to enjoy. Among the highlights this month are acclaimed titles such as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Need for Speed Unbound, The Outer Worlds, Tales of Arise, and more.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla stands out as a marquee offering, immersing players in a thrilling Viking adventure set amidst the backdrop of Anglo-Saxon England during the late ninth century. Praised as a “saga for the ages” by Eurogamer upon its release in 2020, Valhalla promises a lavishly designed experience for players to explore.
Joining Valhalla is Need for Speed Unbound, developed by Criterion, which has been hailed as the “best Need for Speed in a generation” since its launch in 2022. Additionally, players can delve into Obsidian Entertainment’s satirical adventure, The Outer Worlds, offering a unique sci-fi RPG experience that, while enjoyable, may not leave a lasting impression.
The full lineup of February’s PlayStation Plus Extra games includes:
- Need for Speed Unbound (PS5)
- The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition (PS5)
- Tales of Arise (PS4, PS5)
