Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill emerged victorious at WWE King and Queen of the Ring in Saudi Arabia, where they retained their Women’s Tag Team Championships against Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell. LeRae suffered a knee injury during the match, which was used against her by the champions.
In a recent episode of The SmackDown Lowdown, Indi Hartwell disclosed that LeRae was in critical condition following the match. Hartwell cautioned both the RAW and SmackDown women’s rosters about the tag team champions’ ruthless tactics, stating, “I wasn’t stirring the pot. I was just telling them what they did to Candice’s knee… Now I gotta go check on Candice.”
The upcoming WWE SmackDown will feature Indi Hartwell facing Jade Cargill, but it remains uncertain why Hartwell is concerned about the RAW roster, given her recent arrival on SmackDown via the WWE Draft and her lack of connections with the blue brand’s female wrestlers.
Prior to joining SmackDown, LeRae and Hartwell showcased a change in attitude, with LeRae expressing her disapproval of Maxxine Dupri’s presence in the ring. This shift resulted in a WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match for the duo, ultimately leading to LeRae’s injury. Currently, the severity and authenticity of LeRae’s injury remain undisclosed.
