Yoon Bo-mi from Apink had a special connection with the junior girl group STAYC, and there’s a reason why.
After news broke about Yoon’s romantic relationship with Black Eyed Pilseung Rado on April 23rd, she wrote a heartfelt letter to her fans confirming the relationship. Yoon had collaborated with Rado back in 2016 when he produced the title track for Apink’s third studio album, “Pink Revolution.”
Their bright personalities clicked, and they’ve been together for eight years since then.
Apink Bomi was NOT so subtle about her Relationship, STAYC gives it away
People are now looking back at Yoon Bo-mi’s past actions with curiosity. Despite keeping her relationship secret for eight years, she dropped subtle hints. In 2021, she was caught humming STAYC’s song “Stereotype” during a live broadcast, which was released seven months later. This sparked speculation that she might have been secretly supporting STAYC, as Rado produces their music.
In February of last year, STAYC member J appeared on Yoon’s YouTube channel “Bbom Bbom Bbom.” During the video, Yoon expressed her admiration for STAYC, although she hadn’t had many chances to interact with them before.
Yoon debuted as an Apink member in 2011 and gained popularity with hits like “NoNoNo,” “Mr. Chu,” and “Remember.” She’s also pursued acting and currently stars as secretary Na in tvN’s “Queen of Tears.”
Meanwhile, Rado has been part of the composer group Black Eyed Pilseung since 2009. Besides working with Apink, they’ve produced hit songs for artists like Twice, Chungha, and SISTAR. In 2020, they introduced STAYC, who’s been receiving lots of love from fans.
