Finn Balor recently shared on social media that he’s inked a new contract with WWE. Booker T, a seasoned wrestler, believes that Balor will stick with the company until he calls it quits on his wrestling career.
As a member of The Judgment Day faction, Balor has been a prominent figure in WWE. He and Damian Priest held the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships for months before losing them at WrestleMania XL.
With a decade-long tenure in the company, Balor has achieved considerable success, including becoming the inaugural Universal Champion.
In a recent episode of the Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T expressed his conviction that Balor’s journey will culminate with him retiring from WWE. He commended Balor’s dedication and hard work, emphasizing that the RAW star has earned his place in the company.
“Finn Balor’s gonna retire in WWE, man. He’s gonna finish his career there. That’s just how I feel. He worked too hard to get there, man. Oh yes, great re-signing. He worked so hard to get there, and I tell ya, it’s so rewarding for guys, to see guys like him make it in [WWE] because he’s one of the best workers out there… He’s done a hell of a job as of late. I think this is the best form of Finn we’ve ever seen,” said Booker.
Meanwhile, there’s speculation from Vince Russo on Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Legion of RAW that WWE might set up a showdown between Finn Balor and Damian Priest at SummerSlam. If this comes to fruition, it’ll be fascinating to witness the outcome of the match.
