Jennifer Lopez has finally found a buyer for her New York City penthouse after a seven-year stint on and off the market.
The luxury real estate firm Brown Harris Stevens confirmed that the troubled listing has a “contract signed.”
The asking price for the four-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom property was most recently $24,990,000. Listing agents Richard Orenstein and Chris Pomeroy did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on the deal.
Lopez purchased the apartment for just over $20 million in 2014 and initially listed it for approximately $27 million in 2017.
Despite various attempts, including price cuts and removals from the market, the property failed to attract buyers over the years.
The 9,500-square-foot penthouse, located in a historic 1924 mansion conversion, boasts an indoor/outdoor design with four private terraces offering stunning views of the New York City skyline.
It features amenities such as a full-time doorman, private locked storage, and a key-locked elevator.
Inside, the penthouse boasts a state-of-the-art kitchen with a large island, open shelving, a stainless-steel wine fridge, and a breakfast bar.
The main floor also includes a separate open dining room and a private guest wing with three spacious bedrooms, staff quarters, and a laundry room.
The primary bedroom suite on the second level comprises two separate bathrooms, a large dressing room with floor-to-ceiling closets, a deep soaking tub, and two private terraces.
Additionally, there’s a media room with access to a south-facing terrace offering views of Madison Square Park.
While bidding farewell to her New York City abode, Lopez has been spending more time in Los Angeles with her husband Ben Affleck.
The couple reportedly purchased a $60 million home in Beverly Hills in June 2023, featuring 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and a sports complex with basketball and pickleball facilities.
