The WWE Tag Team Champions, Austin Theory and Grayson Waller, aren’t sweating over their upcoming match against the Street Profits.
In the latest episode of SmackDown, the Street Profits emerged victorious in a Fatal Four-Way tag team match, securing their shot at the title. Despite this, Theory and Waller remain confident in their abilities.
During a Digital Exclusive interview with WWE correspondent Byron Saxton, the champions expressed their disdain for the interruption.
Theory emphasized their undefeated status and their determination to hold onto the championship for as long as they desire.
“It’s just still mindblowing to me that you interrupt us, the greatest undefeated tag team champions of all time. Brand new championships for the first time ever, nobody’s ever had these,”
Theory stated, reaffirming their dominance. [1:32 – 2:05]
Grayson Waller chimed in, reminding everyone that they had already defeated the Street Profits before and saw no reason why this time would be any different.
He asserted their readiness to face the challenge head-on and continue their impressive championship run.
“We said a few weeks ago when we beat them, that we are the smoke. So if they want the smoke, we got it for them. We are just gonna roll through them again. Undefeated tag team champions, this is gonna be a long time running,” Waller declared confidently. [1:18 – 1:30]
In a bold move, Theory and Waller swiftly ended the interview by calling security on Saxton, indicating their unwavering focus on their upcoming match.
As the showdown between A-Town Down Under and the Street Profits looms closer, fans eagerly await to see if the champions can maintain their reign against their formidable challengers.
