WWE Draft 2024 has wrapped up, with superstars settling into their new brand homes for the upcoming season.
Odyssey Jones, a 29-year-old talent drafted to Monday Night RAW last year, has finally broken his silence after being assigned to the same brand once again.
Despite his initial call-up from NXT to RAW last year, Jones never made his debut on the main roster.
Instead, he mainly worked live events without stepping into the televised ring. Now, with another opportunity on RAW, Jones took to Instagram to express his excitement about returning to the red brand.
“ONM Back to Monday Night RAW,” Jones shared on Instagram.
While Jones has been active in live events, his absence from televised matches on either brand remains puzzling given his initial promotion from NXT.
The recent draft saw several NXT talents making their way to the main roster under Shawn Michaels’ creative guidance.
Notable call-ups during the draft’s second night included Ilja Dragunov, Dijak, and Lyra Valkyria to Monday Night RAW, while Blair Davenport headed to Friday Night SmackDown.
On the first night, Kiana James joined RAW, while Carmelo Hayes debuted on SmackDown, facing Cody Rhodes in the main event.
The true impact of the draft changes will unfold post-Backlash 2024 in France, where superstars from both brands will collide. It’s a pivotal moment, and fans are eager to see which stars will rise to prominence during the event.
