Cody Rhodes and his old WWE tag partner flipped the script on a Bloodline member after Friday Night SmackDown wrapped up.
After the show, Rhodes and Jey Uso hung out together, having a good time. In an off-air match, Gunther defended his Intercontinental Championship against Jey Uso.
But just as things were heating up, Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso showed up unexpectedly, causing a distraction.

This interference led to Gunther retaining his title against Uso. After the match, Bloodline members attacked Uso, but Rhodes came to his aid.
However, Rhodes backed down and left Jimmy Uso to deal with the RAW Superstars alone. In a video shared on Twitter, Jimmy Uso tried to smooth things over with Rhodes and Jey Uso, but it didn’t go well.
Meanwhile, wrestling veteran Dutch Mantell expressed his frustration with Cody Rhodes’ ongoing storyline in WWE.
During the latest SmackDown, Roman Reigns and Rhodes had a face-off before their WrestleMania 40 showdown. Rhodes vowed to take down Reigns and become the new WWE Universal Champion.
Speaking on Smack Talk, Mantell said Rhodes’ current gimmick has been dragged out by WWE.
“I will be so god d*mn glad when they finish this story. Please finish the F’n story! I got it. But I don’t know. I was trying to pay attention to some of it, but then it got to the end. [It] takes them forever to get into it,”
he expressed.
It remains to be seen if Rhodes will wrap up his storyline at WrestleMania 40 this April.
