In the recent episode of WWE SmackDown, fans witnessed The Rock officially joining The Bloodline faction. Roman Reigns declared the inclusion of The People’s Champion during the main event segment last Friday, solidifying The Great One’s affiliation with the Samoan faction.
With The Rock now part of The Bloodline, speculation arises whether Naomi will also be acknowledged as a member. For those unaware, Naomi has a personal tie to the Samoan dynasty, being married to current Bloodline member Jimmy Uso since 2014.
Moreover, she has previously teamed up with the Usos in mixed tag team matches.
Fans have been eager to see Naomi join the group since its inception, especially considering her current assignment to SmackDown.
The Rock could extend a welcoming hand to the 36-year-old star, further bolstering The Bloodline and potentially dominating the women’s division of the Stamford-based Promotion.
Notably, Naomi boasts an impressive resume as a former Women’s Tag Team Champion and a two-time Women’s World Champion in the company.
In another development, The Rock proposed a colossal tag team match for WrestleMania 40. While Roman Reigns is set to clash with Cody Rhodes at the event, reports suggest The People’s Champion pitched the idea of a tag team showdown involving himself and Reigns against The American Nightmare and Seth Rollins.
According to reports,
“He (The Rock) did pitch the idea of the Reigns & Rock vs. Rhodes & Rollins match for night one. So that was his idea if that is how it turns out.”
If these rumors materialize, it would mean Reigns, Rollins, and Rhodes pulling double duty at the Grandest Stage of Them All.
Additionally, The Visionary is slated to face the winner of the Men’s Elimination Chamber match at ‘Mania this year. Participants of this structured match include the United States Champion Logan Paul, Randy Orton, Bobby Lashley, LA Knight, Kevin Owens, and Drew McIntyre.
As WrestleMania approaches, anticipation grows regarding how the company will incorporate The Rock into this year’s event.
