Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey Bieber (formerly Baldwin), made a significant investment last year, spending $16.6 million on a lavish mansion in California’s exclusive The Madison Club.
Nestled in the elite celebrity enclave of California’s Coachella Valley, The Madison Club boasts a prestigious roster of residents, including Kris Jenner, who owns the neighboring property, and Kylie Jenner.
Other notable names in the community include Apple CEO Tim Cook, Adele, Kourtney Kardashian, music manager Scooter Braun, and Nike founder Phil Knight.
The Biebers’ new residence was previously owned by investor Alan Abady, who purchased it in 2019 for $6.3 million.
During his ownership, Abady undertook extensive renovations, including the addition of a sprawling infinity pool, sports court, AstroTurf lawns, a backyard fire-pit, detached guesthouse, four-car garage, and ample parking space for over a dozen cars, as reported by lifestyle outlet Robb Report.
The mansion spans nearly 10,000 square feet and boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms on a 1.02-acre plot. Its driveway is lined with Italian cypresses to enhance privacy.
Membership at The Madison Club includes a monthly HOA fee of $1,652, granting exclusive access to amenities such as a Tom Fazio–designed golf course, spa facilities, five-star dining options, hiking trails, and clubhouse privileges.
The Biebers’ new home is less than 200 miles from their primary residence, a sprawling $25 million Beverly Hills estate that spans over 11,000 square feet and has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and a home movie theater.
Despite finalizing the mansion purchase in 2023, news of their acquisition surfaced recently, shortly after Hailey, 27, addressed rumors of marital discord on her Instagram Story in March.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2018 after a tumultuous period that included a breakup in 2016, have been candid about their relationship struggle.
However, they have reaffirmed their commitment to working through challenges together. With their expansive California properties totaling over 21,000 square feet, the Biebers have ample space in their marital life.
