Sutherland is ensnared in a labyrinthine conspiracy entangling the US government, a Russian informant, and a traumatized former CEO, Rose Larkin (played by Luciane Buchanan), at least in the inaugural season.
The ensemble cast features Eve Harlow, D.B. Woodside, Sarah Desjardins, Ben Cotton, Kari Matchett, Robert Patrick, Fola Evans-Akingbola, Phoenix Rael, Christopher Shyer, Robert Patrick, Toby Levins, Enrique Muriciano, and Oscar nominee Hong Chau.

The Night Agent garnered significant attention during its premiere week, ranking as the third most-viewed debut series within its initial four days. Netflix swiftly greenlit a second season on March 29 of the preceding year, a mere six days following its March 23 premiere.
Within weeks of its release, the show accumulated over 515 million hours of viewing, propelling it to the ninth spot on Netflix’s Top 10 most-watched English language shows ever. Remarkably, within a week thereafter, it solidified its position as the platform’s sixth most-watched English language series to date.
All ten episodes of The Night Agent are currently available for streaming on Netflix.
