Prime Video’s upcoming Fallout TV series is generating anticipation, and a new clip from the show has been unveiled. In the scene, Lucy (played by Ella Purnell) finds herself in a tense encounter with The Ghoul (portrayed by Walton Goggins), requiring urgent assistance. Enter Maximus (Aaron Moten) from the Brotherhood of Steel, arriving just in time to aid Lucy in her predicament.
Set 200 years after a devastating nuclear apocalypse; the Fallout series follows Lucy and fellow survivors emerging from Vault 33 into a daunting and perilous world. These vault-dwellers are thrust into an intricately crafted, eccentric, and often brutal universe.
Joining the cast are Moises Arias, Kyle MacLachlan, Sarita Choudhury, Michael Emerson, Leslie Uggams, Frances Turner, Dave Register, Zach Cherry, Johnny Pemberton, Rodrigo Luzzi, Annabel O’Hagan, and Xelia Mendes-Jones.
The Fallout TV show was created by Westworld’s Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy under their Kilter Films banner, with Nolan–a passionate Fallout enthusiast–directing the first three episodes. Serving as showrunners and co-executive producers are Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner. Todd Howard and James Altman from Bethesda Game Studios are also executive producers.
The highly anticipated series debuts on Prime Video on April 11, with all episodes available simultaneously. Howard has advised the showrunners to steer clear of certain themes that might coincide with future installments of the Fallout game series.
