Recently, a close friend of Ashley Massaro came forward with a startling account involving the late WWE star and a high-profile board meeting attended by Stephanie McMahon. The story has gained traction online, prompting reactions from figures like Dutch Mantell, who found the narrative disturbingly plausible.
Cara Pipia, Massaro’s childhood companion, disclosed that the wrestler had confided in WWE officials about a harrowing incident of sexual assault during a tour in Kuwait for the Tribute to the Troops event.
According to Pipia, Massaro was allegedly assaulted during the trip and later accused Vince McMahon of orchestrating a cover-up. Tragically, Massaro took her own life in 2019, but the details of her ordeal have resurfaced amid Janel Grant’s legal action against Vince McMahon.
Pipia recounted how Massaro, upon returning from Kuwait, bravely entered a boardroom meeting, seeking support but was met with indifference and threats to keep silent about the incident.
Stephanie McMahon’s presence in the meeting was noted, with Pipia asserting that the former WWE Co-CEO displayed a notable lack of empathy toward Massaro’s plight.
Reacting to these revelations Dutch Mantell expressed his belief in the credibility of Massaro’s friend’s account:
“I totally believe that story. I totally believe it. That could have happened because if they were in a meeting with Vince, of course, they were going to take Vince’s side or at least agree with him because they have no choice unless they want to walk out of the door that day.” [From 10:20 onwards]
Mantell also addressed the rumored reaction of Stephanie McMahon to Massaro’s interruption of the board meeting, expressing surprise at the reported lack of sympathy from Vince McMahon’s daughter:
“You would think her [Stephanie McMahon] being a female, she would be more receptive to it and most sympathetic. From what I hear, she was the least sympathetic or one of the least of all in attendance.” [From 7:40 onwards]
Mantell conveyed his deep dismay at the distressing revelations brought forth by Ashley Massaro’s friend, emphasizing the profound emotional toll such experiences inflict on individuals and their loved ones.
