Taking to Instagram, Charlotte Flair posted a reel chronicling her progress since undergoing surgery. In her caption, the former Women’s Champion expressed her commitment to emerging from this ordeal stronger, both physically and mentally.

I’m 12 weeks post ACL Surgery, and my progress isn’t linear, but I’m getting stronger every day. Sometimes you have to rebuild to conquer again 👑,”
