Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is set to continue its tradition of including zombie modes, a hallmark of the series. Activision Blizzard’s Treyarch has confirmed that the game will feature round-based zombie gameplay, a fan-favorite element. As the release date approaches this fall, Treyarch has begun teasing the zombie content with intriguing and unsettling previews.
The official Call of Duty account on X has shared a cryptic video directing fans to a dedicated website, TheTruthDies.com. The site features a TV screen with a scrolling program menu and six channels, though currently, only two are active.
The seemingly benign content quickly turns eerie with unsettling music, grotesque imagery of a bunny plushie, and creepy laughter. The program menu also includes disturbing flashes of prisoners who appear normal but hint at a potential infection.
Speculation among fans suggests that the prison setting shown on the website might be one of the new zombie maps for Black Ops 6. However, details about how this location will be used in the game remain uncertain until Treyarch provides more information.
Black Ops 6 is scheduled for release on October 25 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. As the launch date nears, fans are eagerly awaiting more details about the zombie modes and other features that will be included in the game.
