All Elite Wrestling’s (AEW) highly anticipated pay-per-view event, Double or Nothing 2024, is just around the corner, and the stakes are higher than ever. As the countdown begins, some members of Team AEW, including Bryan Danielson, stepped into the ring tonight to test their chemistry as teammates. In a thrilling trios match, Danielson joined forces with FTR (formerly The Revival in WWE) to take on Lance Archer and The Righteous on the latest episode of Collision.
This marked the first time Danielson, Cash Wheeler, and Dax Harwood partnered up for a match, and it was a clash of styles that had fans on the edge of their seats. While Team AEW relied on their agility to outmaneuver their opponents, Archer and The Righteous used their size advantage to try and overpower them. In the end, FTR’s experience and teamwork paid off, as they managed to secure the win with a devastating Shatter Machine on Vincent.
However, the real drama unfolded after the match. In a shocking turn of events, Lance Archer and Dutch blindsided Danielson and FTR, sending The American Dragon crashing out of the ring. The heels then unleashed a brutal assault on the former WWE Tag Team Champions, using steel chairs to inflict maximum damage. Although Daniel Garcia eventually arrived to try and even the odds, it was too little, too late, as Wheeler and Harwood had already been left reeling from the vicious attack.
The question on everyone’s mind now is: can Team AEW exact revenge on The Elite at Double or Nothing on May 26, 2024? With tensions running high and alliances being forged, the stage is set for an explosive encounter that could change the face of AEW forever. Will Danielson, FTR, and their allies be able to overcome the odds and emerge victorious, or will The Elite’s ruthless tactics prove too much for them to handle? One thing is certain – the road to Double or Nothing just got a whole lot more intense.
