Bianca Belair has taken a firm stance against the racist remarks aimed at her on social media following the news of her being selected as one of the cover athletes for WWE 2K24.
In a recent interview with Metro, Belair addressed the issue, acknowledging the prevalence of such negativity, especially among younger individuals.
“The negativity never actually got through to me. I’m not the one that goes in searches or vanity searches my name anyway. But I’ve still to this day never actually seen what was said. I’m 35 years old, and I’m able to handle that. But kids, that’s what kids are going through now. So we have to make sure that we stand up for that type of stuff,”
she emphasized.
It's always lovely to catch up with @BiancaBelairWWE, and yesterday was an absolute blast chatting about #WWE2K24 and much, much more.
As candid and hilarious as ever, I've got some great bits to come from Bianca Belair on @MetroUK before #WrestleMania week gets underway. pic.twitter.com/yYOYM1AjSJ

While not currently booked for a match at WrestleMania XL, Belair finds herself embroiled in a heated rivalry with Damage CTRL on SmackDown.
Despite her warnings to Naomi about getting involved with the heel faction, the returning star faced interference from Damage CTRL during her recent match against IYO SKY.
Despite Belair’s attempted intervention, the numbers game ultimately proved too much, leaving the faction standing tall. Tonight on WWE SmackDown, the veteran is scheduled to take on Dakota Kai.
Meanwhile, former WWE writer Vince Russo has floated an intriguing idea for a WrestleMania match involving Bianca Belair.
Russo proposed a showdown between Belair and Nia Jax, citing Jax’s impressive return since September and her recent competitive match against the Women’s World Champion at Elimination Chamber.
“Bianca Belair and Nia Jax? (…) Well, I would like to see that,”
expressed Russo during a recent edition of Sportskeeda’s Writing with Russo show.
As one of WWE’s most beloved superstars, Belair’s role at WrestleMania XL is highly anticipated, and fans are eager to see how the promotion will showcase her talents at the upcoming event in Philadelphia.
