Will Ospreay is set to face off against another member of the Don Callis Family stable, as announced by AEW.
The upcoming Dynamite episode, scheduled for next Wednesday (April 3), will feature a match between Ospreay and Powerhouse Hobbs, with Don Callis providing commentary for the bout.
Tony Khan has dubbed the match “A Battle of Wills,” highlighting the clash between these two formidable competitors.
This will mark Ospreay’s third encounter with one of his Don Callis Family stablemates in AEW, having previously secured victories against Konosuke Takeshita and Kyle Fletcher in recent weeks.
AEW is also building anticipation for a dream match between Ospreay and Bryan Danielson, slated to take place at the upcoming Dynasty pay-per-view in St. Louis on Sunday, April 21.
In recent events, Hobbs and Fletcher suffered a loss to Best Friends (Trent Beretta & Orange Cassidy) in an AEW Tag Team title tournament wildcard round match on Rampage last Friday.
The forthcoming Dynamite episode, hosted at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, promises an action-packed lineup, including a contract signing for the AEW World Championship match between Samoa Joe and Swerve Strickland at Dynasty, as well as an AEW Tag Team title tournament semifinal match featuring The Young Bucks against Best Friends.
