Lee, who passed away on October 5, 2022, at the age of 30, had a brief stint with WWE in 2015-16 and was one of the two winners of the sixth season of Tough Enough.
Blake shared many photos of Lee on his official Instagram handle and wrote a heartfelt message, expressing his love for her and mentioning how proud she would be of their children. Sara Lee made her WWE debut on August 25, 2015, where she wrestled Alicia Fox in the Tough Enough finals and lost the match. Over the next few months, she occasionally wrestled on NXT TV. Her last match was on August 11, 2016, where she teamed up with Liv Morgan and lost the match. A month later, WWE released Lee. She got married to Westin Blake on December 30, 2017, and they had three children together. Blake was also let go by WWE in April 2021 after an eight-year run with the company.
