The WWE universe has been abuzz with speculation about Alexa Bliss’ potential return to the ring, with many predicting her involvement in a new Bray Wyatt-themed stable. However, former WWE writer Vince Russo has expressed his opposition to Bliss’ inclusion in the faction, advocating instead for Bo Dallas to take center stage.
On a recent episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Writing With Russo, Russo shared his thoughts on the matter with host Dr. Chris Featherstone. According to Russo, Bliss’ involvement in the stable would be a misstep, and Bo Dallas would be a more fitting choice to lead the faction.
Russo’s reasoning stems from Dallas’ connection to his late brother Bray Wyatt, who tragically passed away in August 2023 at the age of 36. Dallas debuted the Uncle Howdy persona alongside Wyatt before his brother’s untimely death, making him the natural choice to carry on Wyatt’s legacy.
“Bo Dallas should be the focus of the stable, not Alexa Bliss,” Russo emphasized. “It’s only right that he’s involved in the faction, given his connection to Bray Wyatt.”
Russo’s opinion holds weight, especially considering Bo Dallas is reportedly one of five names set to be part of the new stable, according to a recent report from PWInsider.
Alexa Bliss, a five-time Women’s Champion, has been on hiatus from wrestling since January 2023, following the birth of her first child with singer Ryan Cabrera in November 2023. While many fans would love to see her return to the ring, Russo’s argument for Bo Dallas as the central figure in the Bray Wyatt-themed stable is compelling.
As the WWE continues to build momentum around the new faction, only time will tell if Bliss will indeed be involved or if Bo Dallas will take the reins. One thing is certain, however – the WWE universe is eagerly anticipating the reveal of this new stable and the potential that it holds.
