The official trailer for Season Four of The Boys has been reevealed. During the inaugural CCXP fan convention in Mexico, stars of the Emmy-winning series, including Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Chace Crawford, Karen Fukuhara, and Claudia Doumit, presented the explosive trailer.
A teaser for the series was previously showcased at CCXP in Brazil in December.
“I look back on my life, and all I see are the messes I’ve made,”
begins Karl Urban’s Butcher in the nearly three-minute trailer.
“And I ain’t got time to fix it. I can do one thing right with the time I’ve got left, but I can’t do it alone. I can’t do it without you,” he implores his team.
In this upcoming season, Prime Video describes that “the world is on the brink.” Victoria Neuman (Doumit) inches closer to the Oval Office, under the control of Homelander (Starr), who is consolidating his power.
Butcher (Urban), with limited time left, grapples with the loss of Becca’s (Shantel VanSanten) son and his role as The Boys’ leader.
The team grows weary of his deceit, yet with higher stakes than ever, they must unite to save the world before it’s too late.
The success of The Boys has led to a college-set spinoff titled Gen V. The full-length trailer for the original series confirms a crossover with the new series, featuring appearances by Maddie Phillips’ Cate Dunlap and Asa Germann’s Sam Riordan.
Joining the cast for Season Four are Susan Heyward, Valorie Curry, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, alongside returning actors Jack Quaid, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capone, Colby Minifie, and Cameron Crovetti.
The Boys Season Four premieres on June 13, with three episodes debuting on Prime Video that day, followed by weekly releases until the finale on July 18.
