Becky Lynch is gearing up for a significant showdown on WWE RAW tomorrow night as she prepares to face off against Nia Jax.
The match was set following a recent incident where The Irresistible Force took down The Man.
Speculation suggests that Triple H might plan a disqualification (DQ) ending for the match, potentially introducing a popular star to disrupt Becky’s bout and potentially turn heel in the process.
One likely candidate for interference could be Liv Morgan, who hasn’t embraced a heel persona in over 1491 days.
WWE has been dropping hints of a feud between Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch, with both superstars not engaging in a full-fledged program for two years.
Their encounters on RAW in 2021 hinted at a potential rivalry brewing.
Notably, Becky inadvertently cost Liv her match against Nia Jax on the February 26, 2024, episode of RAW when she interfered during the match, leading to the referee ruling against Liv Morgan.
In a recent appearance on WWE’s The Bump, Becky Lynch addressed the incident and extended an apology to Liv Morgan for the interference.
“I know how I would feel if somebody did that to me. I would be pi*sed. I would want to fight them. I understand that. If she wants to fight me, I’ll never say no. But, it was one of those things where I wasn’t even thinking about her match. I wasn’t even thinking about the match. I was just thinking about getting my hands on Nia Jax and retribution because it was two weeks in a row… and I’m not just going to sit back and take that. So, retaliation had to happen, but I do apologize that it was at the expense of Liv. Sorry, I could’ve handled that a million different ways, but I didn’t. If Liv wants to fight about it, she can, or if she wants to cry about it, she can.”
The resolution of their differences remains uncertain as they prepare to clash on RAW this week.
