The developers of Delta Force have announced that a console version of the game is planned for release in the first quarter of 2025.
This announcement follows the latest alpha playtest for the PC version of the game, during which the developers provided updates and shared feedback from the testing phase.
According to the developers, the console release of Delta Force is set for Q1 2025. Additionally, controller support for the PC version will also be introduced in Q1 2025.
Delta Force has made a significant impact in the first-person shooter genre recently, with players lauding it as “what Battlefield 2042 should have been.”
Beyond the console release, the developers have confirmed that a kill-cam feature is in development, along with content variations for some game modes and maps. Notably, a night mode will be added to the Hazard Ops extraction game mode, requiring players to use Night Vision goggles during gameplay.
Delta Force is a free-to-play first-person shooter that is scheduled for early access on Steam in Q4 2024, with console versions to follow in Q1 2025.
