Wilson Bethel is set to reprise his role as Bullseye in the upcoming MCU series Daredevil: Born Again, according to ComicBook.com. It remains unclear whether Bullseye will resume his position as the main villain, considering Kingpin (Wilson Fisk) might be occupied with non-criminal pursuits.
First introduced in Daredevil #131 in 1976, Bullseye, also known as Benjamin Poindexter, possesses the ability to turn anything into a lethal projectile. He became a significant antagonist in The Punisher and Thunderbolts.
Bullseye’s storyline was left open after his appearance in season three of Netflix’s Daredevil, which ended with a cliffhanger. Daredevil pushes Bullseye off a building, resulting in the paralysis of his spine. The new Disney Plus series, Daredevil: Born Again, is expected to continue his arc, possibly following the adamantium spine storyline.
A potential hint of Bullseye’s return was noted in Echo episode 3, where the Black Knife Cartel, a group from the Bullseye comics, overthrows the skating scene.
Wilson Bethel, known for his role in The Young and the Restless and the legal drama All Rise, is reprising his villainous role. Daredevil: Born Again is currently in production, with no confirmed release date. For more information on upcoming Marvel movies and shows, refer to our list.
