Former WWE standout CJ Perry, known to wrestling fans as Lana, has reached out to her longtime colleague Mandy Rose for training assistance, showcasing the enduring bond between the two.
Their journey in the WWE spanned from 2015 to 2021, with Lana’s final WWE match occurring in 2021 alongside Naomi against Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke.
Following her departure from WWE, Lana transitioned to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), while Rose took a hiatus from the sport after her release in 2022. Despite pursuing different paths, their friendship remains intact.

Upon seeing a series of gym photos shared by Mandy Rose, Lana expressed her desire for training by appealing to the former NXT Women’s Champion with a simple request: “Train me please,” wrote CJ Perry.
The wrestling community has not been silent regarding Mandy Rose’s departure from WWE.
After a successful return to NXT in 2021, where she enjoyed a dominant reign as the NXT Women’s Champion as part of the powerful faction Toxic Attraction, her release in 2022 raised eyebrows. Many, including wrestling veteran Matt Morgan, believe WWE made a significant error in letting her go.
Reflecting on Rose’s contributions, Morgan emphasized her pivotal role in NXT, asserting that she carried the brand with her exceptional talent, surpassing even male counterparts. He expressed regret over WWE’s decision, stating, “WWE effed up majorly with her.”
As speculation brews about Rose’s potential return to professional wrestling, her exchange with Lana hints at a continued dedication to the craft. Whether it be in the squared circle or behind the scenes, the wrestling world eagerly awaits Mandy Rose’s next move.
