WWE’s Bianca Belair recently opened up about her initial hesitations before joining the company, revealing that uncertainty almost deterred her from taking the leap into the Stamford-based promotion.
Despite her impressive rise to prominence as one of the most successful female superstars in WWE history, Belair admitted to doubts regarding the stability of her decision to join WWE.
“My next biggest pivot was coming to WWE because it scared me and I almost didn’t come. I wasn’t sure if it was a secure decision for me. It was so unpredictable,”
shared Bianca Belair on the Pivot Podcast.

While reflecting on her journey, Belair expressed optimism for the future, particularly with the recent additions of Jade Cargill and Naomi to WWE.
Following the departures of Sasha Banks and Naomi, Belair found herself as the sole representative for Black women in the promotion.
However, the arrival of Cargill and the return of Naomi have revitalized her outlook.
“What I will say is we were at a point where it was all three of us (Belair, Naomi & Mercedes Moné) and I just saw it becoming something so huge where we were all champions and I saw it as, this is the first time where I feel like it’s not just one of us, it’s three of us,”
Belair expressed.
The anticipation for WrestleMania XL builds as Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi prepare to team up in a six-woman tag team match against Damage CTRL, highlighting the continued evolution and representation within the women’s division.
