WWE Women’s Champion Bayley recently reflected on her journey and aspirations within the wrestling world, shedding light on her continuous quest for growth and recognition.
Since her debut in WWE back in 2012, following a notable stint on the independent circuit, Bayley has emerged as a prominent figure on the main roster, clinching multiple world titles and tag team championships alongside Sasha Banks.
Additionally, she claimed victory in the 2019 Money in the Bank Ladder Match and triumphed in the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble.
In an exclusive conversation with Sportskeeda Wrestling Senior Editor Bill Apter, Bayley acknowledged her current position while expressing her desire to boost her status even further:
“I think this WrestleMania I’ve been saying, honestly, this year is gonna define my career. I just wanna keep growing, you know? I know I’m at the top level of when you think about women’s wrestling, especially in WWE, but, to be honest, I don’t think I’m at that level yet.” [1:41 – 2:02]
