The viewership numbers for the April 15 episode of AEW Collision and Battle of the Belts X on TNT have been tallied.
As per Wrestlenomics, Collision drew 467,000 viewers and earned a .13 rating among 18-49 year olds during its 8-10pm ET slot.
While the demo rating saw a slight decrease compared to the previous Saturday’s pre-empted Final Four episode, the overall audience was slightly larger than on April 6.
This marks the second-best viewership figure for Collision in 2024, a noteworthy achievement given the competition from ESPN’s coverage of the UFC 300 prelims, which garnered 1.87 million viewers and a .86 rating among the 18-49 demographic.
Following Collision was AEW’s tenth Battle of the Belts, which retained much of Collision’s audience as the UFC event transitioned to its PPV segment.
BotB X attracted 422,000 viewers and achieved a .11 rating in the 18-49 demographic. This marks the largest audience for the Battle of the Belts brand since BotB 7 last July.
AEW will continue its programming momentum with another three-hour block this Saturday as they gear up for their Dynasty PPV on Sunday.
Collision will be followed by Rampage, which will air on Saturday due to the NBA Playoffs bumping it from its usual Friday slot. It remains to be seen how these upcoming shows will fare in terms of viewership.
