Since Triple H assumed creative leadership of WWE’s main roster in July 2022, the company has witnessed a resurgence of former talents making their way back into the fold. In a recent interview, Jack Talos expressed his interest in joining the ranks of returning stars.
Talos, a towering figure at seven feet tall, underwent training at WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, from January 2020 to August 2021. However, his tenure was cut short due to budgetary constraints, leading to his release by then-talent relations executive John Laurinaitis.
Speaking on Developmentally Speaking, Talos conveyed his openness to the prospect of rejoining WWE in the future. He highlighted the camaraderie he shares with fellow wrestlers like Xyon Quinn, Odyssey Jones, and Von Wagner, expressing a desire to reunite with them within the WWE universe.
Despite his WWE departure, Talos has remained active in the wrestling scene, plying his trade for organizations such as the NWA, TNA Wrestling, and various independent promotions. Notably, he also portrayed the iconic character of The Undertaker in Dwayne Johnson’s Young Rock television series on NBC.
While Talos acknowledges his enjoyment of his current tenure with the NWA, where he recently triumphed alongside Daisy Kill in a United States Tag Team Championship tournament, he remains open to future opportunities. P
raising the positive atmosphere and promising trajectory of the NWA under the ownership of musician Billy Corgan, Talos underscores his loyalty to the promotion while keeping his options open for potential ventures in the ever-evolving terrain of professional wrestling.
As he continues to carve his path in the wrestling world, Talos’s journey serves as a testament to resilience, adaptability, and a steadfast commitment to his craft. Whether within the hallowed halls of WWE or the vibrant independent wrestling, his presence promises to leave an indelible mark on the industry.
